1. Reservations

You will receive a confirmation email once you have booked a vehicle through our website. Once we have secured a vehicle for your dates, we will contact you with the next steps. We do our best to ensure a vehicle is available for every reservation, but during peak months, we may occasionally be fully booked.

2. Driver Requirements

For Car & Truck Rentals:

  • All drivers must be listed on the Rental Agreement.
  • Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.

You authorize Centennial to charge your credit card for all charges, and you remain responsible for any unpaid balances.

For Motorcycle Rentals:

  • Security Deposit: A refundable Security Deposit of $1,500 is required at pickup, authorized on a valid credit card.
  • Fuel Fee: The motorcycle will be filled with fuel for pickup, and must return with a full tank. We will refuel if necessary at a cost to you of 3.50per litre.
  • Key Loss: A fee of $250 applies to lost or damaged motorcycle keys.

  • Less Than 30 Days Notice: The reservation is non-refundable.
  • Weather: There are no refunds for inclement weather.

5. Insurance, Damage & Liability

Third-Party Liability Insurance (All Vehicles): All authorized drivers are covered by a third-party liability insurance policy for up to $1,000,000 per accident. All accidents must be reported to us within 24 hours.

For Car & Truck Rentals: Collision Damage Waiver (CDW):

  • CDW is an optional, daily-charged service. It is not insurance.
  • Accepting the CDW limits the renter’s financial liability for damage to the vehicle to a specified deductible amount, as outlined in your Rental Agreement.
  • Declining the CDW means the renter is fully responsible for the entire cost of any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle.
  • The CDW is voided if the rental agreement is violated (see Prohibited Uses).

For Motorcycle Rentals: Renter’s Responsibility for Damage:

  • The renter is automatically responsible for the first $1,500 of any damage to the motorcycle, regardless of fault. This is not optional and will be charged against the Security Deposit.
  • The included liability insurance DOES NOT cover damage to the rented motorcycle, personal injury to the rider or passenger, or damage to personal property.
  • We strongly recommend you check with your personal motorcycle insurance provider to confirm if you have coverage for rental vehicles.

Indemnity: The renter agrees to indemnify and hold Centennial harmless from all claims, liabilities, and costs arising from the rental and use of the vehicle.

6. Vehicle Pickup, Use & Return

Hours of Operation & Vehicle Return:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Motorcycle Rentals: Pickup is by 10:00 AM, and return is by 10:00 AM.
  • After-hours or airport returns are at the renter’s risk until our staff has inspected the vehicle.
  • Motorcycle Cleaning: A cleaning fee of $200 may be charged for motorcycles returned in an excessively dirty condition.

General Use & Responsibilities:

  • The vehicle must be used with care. All occupants must wear seatbelts (in cars/trucks) or a DOT-approved helmet (on motorcycles).
  • Centennial may repossess the vehicle at the renter’s expense if it is used in violation of the agreement or is abandoned.
